Integrative counselling at it’s core is a tailored approach that is specific to the individual drawing on techniques from various types of therapy. In my approach, I utilize Solution- Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt as well as other modalities such as family systems perspectives. There is no “one size fits all” approach, I feel, thus flexibility and creativity is what makes therapy unique to each client. I work together with you to help you uncover blind spots, get unstuck, or just find more peace and joy in your current circumstances. As we discover YOUR unique skill sets, passions and values, through Strength- Based therapy, freedom to move forward is found AND those bricks you have been carrying in your backpack for so long now become the bricks you WALK ON instead!

     It would be my honor to encourage and assist you as we work together to find solutions through empowering YOU via your innate strengths and creativity to find maximum potential and newfound joy in this journey called life!
